For the Performer category, you are encouraged to play by hand, without any assistance.Winners will be chosen based on the quality of the video (both visual clarity and sound quality) and overall presentation.Each contestant must complete an entry form in order to confirm each entry that they submit.In order to qualify, the videos must be submitted via the entry form, in compliance with the instructions.If an insufficient number of entries is received for a specific category, Virtual Piano retains the right to void that competition category.Entries submitted after the closing dates will not be considered.

Only NEW videos recorded for these championships after the 15th September 2020 will be considered for Round 2.

You can enter the Ninja category as many times as you like before the closing date.

To be valid, all entries must be played using the live piano on.

As of, the Virtual Piano 2020 Tournament has recommenced and is open for entries.

Spread only positive energy and please respect the Virtual Piano House Rules at all times. So it would be more enjoyable for all if you show kindness, be courteous towards your fellow virtual pianists and remember that everyone likes different type of music. Please note that the main purpose of these competitions is to improve your skills, create and play great music, and have some fun along the way. Above all, the competitions are all about having fun and challenging yourself! Develop your self-discipline and experience the supreme self-confidence boost that progress provides. Regular practice helps to improve hand, eye coordination and concentration.

If you are entering the Ninja category, your music sheet must be an improvement on and cannot be exactly the same as any already published on the Virtual Piano platform.

Recordings on other platforms imitating Virtual Piano do not qualify and will not be accepted.

Don't forget to include your music sheet, artist name and name of the song when you are completing the entry form.Personal compositions cannot be rated accurately and will not be accepted. Choose a recognisable song by a known artist.When you are recording, ensure that there isn't too much background noise.If you are submitting a video, ensure Virtual Piano logo and URL () is clearly visible at the top and that your sound is of good quality.
